Balancing timelines and profitability in architecture

I’m currently managing a large-scale project that has really put my timeline skills to the test. We had to negotiate with contractors last month to make sure we stayed on budget while meeting all our deadlines. Has anyone else faced similar challenges? I’d love to hear how you approached it.
