Hitting deadlines and building skills

I’m tightening our 6‑week lookahead in Asana and keeping a simple risk log to protect a 75% CD drop on Nov 28. How are you carving time for junior staff to level up — Revit modeling, redline QA/QC — without slipping the schedule, and what tactics have stuck?

We block 60–90 min ‘learning reps’ in Asana as subtasks on non‑critical deliverables, with a redline checklist and a 24‑hour reviewer SLA so juniors get reps without touching the critical path (think gym sets, not marathons). Caveat: all Revit practice happens in a detached copy and only gets promoted after QA; do you track these hours against the task or a training code?
