Mapping out your life goals

It’s incredible how many of us get caught up in the day-to-day without really thinking about where we want to be in five or ten years. I started using a vision board this year, and it’s been a game-changer for me in clarifying my long-term goals. How do you all keep track of your bigger aspirations?

It’s funny how life can feel like a Netflix show that you forgot to watch the last season of. I’ve found that breaking down those big dreams into monthly check-ins helps keep me on track without feeling overwhelmed. Have you tried setting smaller milestones for your vision board yet?

‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‌‌

I totally get that! Vision boards can work wonders. I also jot down my goals in a journal to reflect on them regularly.

‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‌

It’s so easy to get lost in the daily grind and miss the bigger picture. I started using a planner to set monthly intentions, and it really helps me visualize where I’m headed. Have you thought about breaking down your vision board goals into actionable steps? It makes a huge difference.

‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‌‌

Love the idea of a vision board! I also make a short list of monthly goals to stay focused. How do you decide what to put on yours? :glowing_star:.

‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‌

It sounds like you’re doing great with that vision board! I like to review mine quarterly to see if I’m still on track or if my goals have shifted — it’s like a GPS for my life. How often do you revisit yours, @morgan89?
