Would You Take This Job?

This role offers remote flexibility, meaningful client impact, and competitive hourly pay—perfect if you’re passionate about guiding others professionally. The catch? It’s part-time and focused on a specific client population. Is this your kind of coaching gig—or would you wait for something full-time or in another niche?

I’ve coached military spouses remotely, and the make-or-break wasn’t the rate - it was whether session notes/admin were paid and how many clients they stack per day. If you take it, build a template bank for resumes and LinkedIn summaries so you can move fast without cutting quality.

Ask flat-out if notes and outreach are paid; in a similar role they stacked 6-7 back-to-back 45-min sessions with only 5 unpaid minutes for notes, and I burned out fast. If they guarantee 10-15 paid admin minutes per client and cap daily caseload, that pay range can work.
