What You’ll Do:
Coach senior leaders and high-potential managers to accelerate leadership performance, design and deliver tailored coaching interventions, partner with HR/Talent teams to build scalable coaching programs, use evidence-based psychology and performance frameworks to drive measurable change, and present results to senior stakeholders.
Required Qualifications (high level):

Professional coaching certification (ICF or equivalent) or demonstrable executive-coaching track record.

Significant experience coaching senior leaders (VP+ or equivalent) and designing leadership development programs.

Strong background in applied psychology, leadership theory, or organizational development; excellent facilitation and executive-presence skills.
